I gotta admit, ever since I knew myself I’ve pretty much stayed at this height and weight for some time and all without overly sweating it in a gym or worrying too much about my daily carb intake. Maybe it’s my faith’s adherence to a good diet and great natural exercise that’s silently kept me all this time without too much of a health worry.
Whatever the case, I’m here to shed some light on a topic that I’ve always been interested in but never found the time to pay attention to as I should. What are some good foods to keep ourselves fed on? What kind of supplements are helpful? How much time should I spend on the treadmill, exercise bike or monkey-bar before I can see a six-pack? How on earth do I eat so much crap over the years but yet still appear in relatively decent shape? As we journey on we’ll hopefully find out and learn together along the way.
Hopefully too, I won’t be the only one here documenting all the good ways that we can get fit and keep fit by going through the routine of eating right while supplementing our diet, exercising, getting enough sunlight, having a proportional water intake daily, and all that good stuff. But I’ll more than likely be joined by people who share the same passion for good health laws like I do, or, who are probably better at understanding this stuff even moreso than me.
For now though, I’ll try my best to research, test, document and share as much info as I can so that we can all benefit from experiencing better health outcomes in our lives.
